It is an absurdly ambitious mission — we are aiming to alter the course of human civilization. To have any hope of achieving it, we will need to build a world class engineering team.

Your job will be to work directly with the Cofounder & CEO to identify and recruit the type of world class engineers who can best help us achieve the mission.

We are looking for someone who already knows how to do the job, and is either demonstrably world class (top 1%) or has a glowing recommendation from someone who is.

We are profitable, have grown 10x in the last 6 months (33% growth in May), and are currently 20 full time employees. We will hire as fast as we can to soak up the cash we generate.
