Your job will be to work directly with the Cofounder & CEO to build the team with the highest possible chance of achieving the mission.

We are looking for someone who already knows how to do the job, and is either demonstrably world class (top 1%) or has a glowing recommendation from someone who is.

We are profitable, have grown 10x in the last 6 months (33% growth in May), and are currently 20 full time employees. We will hire as fast as we can to soak up the cash we generate.
